Product Delivery:


The cost of product delivery is calculated individually, taking into account the requirements of postal operators and logistics companies.
Once the sales agreement takes effect (after the Client has paid the invoice), b2birondust.eu prepares the order and hands it over to its logistics partners for delivery. Orders placed and paid for on working days before 13:00 are usually delivered the next day or according to the delivery time specified on the product page. Deliveries to island destinations in Europe may take up to 7 days. If, for any reason, the shipment is delayed, the b2birondust.eu customer service team will contact the Client to arrange a suitable delivery time.
If the product is available in our warehouse, delivery takes approximately 3 to 7 working days, depending on your region. In cases where the product is not in stock or for large orders requiring supply directly from factories in the USA or Europe, the delivery time may take up to 30 days. To ensure timely delivery, please carefully check the delivery details provided when placing your order.
If the product (excluding the packaging) is delivered to the Client in a damaged condition, it will be replaced with a new one. If replacement is not possible, the Client will be refunded the value of the damaged product. b2birondust.eu is not responsible for delays in delivery if the product has been handed over to the logistics partner on time, but the delay was caused by circumstances beyond the control or foresight of b2birondust.eu.

Due to sanctions imposed by the European Union, additional restrictions apply to the contents of shipments sent to Russia and Belarus.
We do not cooperate or deliver to these countries.
