In addition to these terms, all legal relations arising from purchases in the online store are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia. b2birondust.eu reserves the right to modify the sales terms and prices. All changes will be published on the website b2birondust.eu.

2. PRICES:

All prices in the online store b2birondust.eu are shown including value-added tax (VAT).

4. ORDER PLACEMENT:

5. ENTRY INTO FORCE OF THE SALES CONTRACT:

By clicking “Confirm,” the Customer undertakes all obligations related to the order and its payment. The sales contract enters into force once the full payment amount has been received in the IRON DUST OÜ bank account.

6. RIGHT OF RETURN:

Products purchased from the online store b2birondust.eu can be returned within 14 days of receipt. If the Customer is not satisfied with the product, they may return it without providing a reason.
To arrange a return, please contact the b2birondust.eu customer support team by phone at +372 5880 6001 or by email at info@irondust.eu. The returned product must be sent back immediately, but no later than within 14 days from the submission of the return notice.
The right of return does not apply to body, hand, hair, or skin cosmetics. Returned products must be unused, undamaged, and in their original, unopened packaging. The Customer must cover all shipping costs related to the return of the goods. The consumer always bears the delivery costs associated with returning items.
If the consumer does not cancel the entire order, the postage paid during checkout will be refunded proportionally to the number of returned items.

7. LIABILITY:

b2birondust.eu and the Customer are liable for any damages caused to the other party due to a breach of these terms, in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Estonia.

8. FORCE MAJEURE:

b2birondust.eu is not responsible for any damage or delivery delays caused by circumstances beyond its control or that could not have been reasonably foreseen.
