VALIDITY OF SALES TERMS:


These terms govern the rights and obligations arising from the purchase of goods between the client of the online store b2birondust.eu (hereinafter referred to as the Client) and IRON DUST OÜ (hereinafter referred to as irondust.eu).

In addition to these terms, the legal relationships arising between the parties during the purchase of goods from the online store are governed by the applicable laws of the Republic of Estonia.

b2birondust.eu reserves the right to modify the sales terms and prices. Any changes will be reflected on the b2birondust.eu webpage.


PRICES: All prices in the online store irondust.eu include VAT.

ORDERING PROCEDURE:

To place an order, select the desired product and add it to the shopping cart. You can review the contents of your cart by clicking on the shopping cart icon at the top of the webpage.

You can modify the quantity of the items in your cart by specifying the desired quantity in the designated area. If you wish to remove an item from the cart, click the “X” next to the product’s price.

Proceed to checkout by clicking the "Place Order" button. If you are a registered user of the b2birondust.eu online store, log in to your account. If you are ordering for the first time, enter your contact details in the "New Customer" section. Confirm the order by clicking the "Confirm" button. You will receive a proforma invoice that you can pay immediately using a credit card, via a bank link, or by making a bank transfer.

Order confirmation and a copy of the invoice will be sent to your email address. Previously placed orders and invoices can be reviewed at any time in your account under the "My Profile" section.

We will ship the goods to you after the payment has been received.

  1. ENTRY INTO FORCE OF THE SALES AGREEMENT:

By clicking the "Confirm" button, the Client commits to the obligations related to the order and its payment.

The sales agreement enters into force when the full amount of the order is credited to IRON DUST OÜ’s bank account.


DELIVERY:

After the sales agreement enters into force (after payment by the Client), b2birondust.eu will process the order and hand it over to its logistics partners for delivery.

Orders placed and paid for on working days before 13:00 will be delivered the following day or according to the delivery time specified on the product page. Delivery to islands may take up to 7 days within Europe. If the package is delayed for any reason, the customer service team of irondust.eu will coordinate with the Client to find a suitable delivery time.

If the product is available in stock, delivery will take 3 to 7 business days, depending on your region.

If the product is out of stock or if large orders require shipment from factories in the USA or Europe, delivery may take up to 30 days.

To ensure timely delivery, please verify the accuracy of your shipping details.

If the product (excluding packaging) is delivered damaged, it will be replaced with a new one. If replacement is not possible, the Client will be refunded the cost of the damaged product.

b2birondust.eu is not responsible for delivery delays if the product was handed over to the logistics partner on time but delays were caused by circumstances that b2birondust.eu could not influence or foresee.


RIGHT OF RETURN:

Products purchased from the online store of IRON DUST OÜ can be returned within 14 days of receiving the product. If the product ordered through the online store does not meet the Client’s expectations, it can be returned without providing a reason.

Purchased products must be returned immediately but no later than 14 days from the date the return request is made.

The right of return does not apply to body, hand, hair, and skin cosmetics. The returned product must not have been used and must be in its original, undamaged packaging.

If the Client is required to cover the return shipping costs, the cost of the product and return shipping will be refunded within 14 days from the date of receiving the return request.

The Client does not have the right to return products within 14 days if the product:

  • Was made according to the specific preferences of the Client;
  • Was made based on the conditions provided by the Client;
  • Cannot be returned due to health or hygiene reasons or if the product was opened after delivery (e.g., cosmetics);
  • Has been mixed or combined with other goods in such a way that they cannot be separated;
  • Has defects caused by improper use (failure to follow instructions);
  • Has mechanical damage or is broken (e.g., after falling);
  • Has normal wear and tear or defects that do not affect its value or usability.

The Client will incur the return shipping costs only if the entrepreneur (seller) informed the Client of this before entering into the contract. If the entrepreneur fails to provide such information, the seller will bear the costs.

If the Client cancels the contract, the online seller must refund the delivery cost paid during the order (if it was added to the order). If the Client does not cancel the entire order, the shipping costs paid during the order will be refunded proportionally based on the items in the order.

You have the right to cancel the purchase of goods from IRON DUST’s online store b2birondust.eu within 14 days from the date of receipt of the order.

Returns are only possible if the product:

  • Has not been opened or used;
  • Has its original, undamaged packaging;
  • Is not in a category with limited return rights (e.g., body-contacting goods or supplements that require special storage conditions).

Note:

Return of sports nutrition (including proteins, amino acids, fat burners, etc.) is only possible in sealed, undamaged packaging.

We do not accept returns of products with broken seals or damaged packaging due to hygiene reasons.

Refunds will be processed within 14 days after receiving and inspecting the returned product.


LIABILITY:

ironDust.eu and the Client are responsible for damages caused to the other party due to a breach of these terms, as defined by the laws of the Republic of Estonia.


FORCE MAJEURE:

ironDust.eu is not liable for damages or delivery delays if the damage or delay is caused by circumstances that ironDust.eu could not influence or foresee.


PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION AND SECURITY:

Information and personal data collected during the visit to the b2birondust.eu online store and when placing orders are processed confidentially and are not disclosed to third parties.

When paying via a bank, encrypted data transmission ensures the security of the Client's personal bank credentials.


COMPLAINT PROCEDURE:

If the product does not meet the requirements or has defects, please submit a complaint to info@irondust.eu.

The complaint should include:

  • The Client's name and contact details;
  • Date of the complaint submission;
  • Description of the defect;
  • The Client’s demands to irondust.eu;
  • Reference to documentation that confirms the transaction or warranty, or attach relevant documents.

ironDust.eu will respond to the complaint in writing within 15 days of receiving the complaint. If ironDust.eu cannot respond within 15 days, the Client will be notified in writing with the reasons and the date when a response will be provided.

ironDust.eu is not responsible for defects caused by the Client or due to improper storage or use of the product. Defects refer to the product itself, not packaging defects.


If the product does not comply with the contract terms, has defects, or malfunctions, the Client has the right to demand repair or replacement of the product. If repair or replacement is impossible or causes undue inconvenience, the Client has the right to withdraw from the contract and demand a refund.
