TERMS OF SALE

SCOPE OF TERMS OF SALE:

These terms regulate the rights and obligations arising from the purchase of goods between the customer of the online store b2birondust.eu (hereinafter referred to as the "Customer") and IRON DUST OÜ (hereinafter referred to as "irondust.eu").
In addition to these terms, the legal relations arising between the parties when purchasing goods in the online store are governed by the applicable laws of the Republic of Estonia.
b2birondust.eu reserves the right to change the terms of sale and prices. Such changes will be reflected on the b2birondust.eu website.

PRICES:

All prices in the irondust.eu online store include value-added tax (VAT).

ORDER PROCESSING:

To place an order, select the desired product and add it to the shopping cart. You can view the contents of your cart by clicking on the cart icon at the top of the web page.
The quantity of each product in the cart can be adjusted by entering the desired amount in the designated field. To remove an item from the cart, click the "X" icon next to the product price.
Proceed to checkout by clicking the "Checkout" button. If you are a registered user of b2birondust.eu, please log in to your account. If this is your first order, enter your contact details under "New Customer." Confirm your order by clicking the "I Confirm" button.
An invoice proforma will be generated, which you can pay immediately via credit card, bank link, or bank transfer.
Order confirmation and a copy of the invoice will be sent to your email address. You can review previous orders and invoices anytime in your account under "My Profile."
The product will be shipped after the invoice is paid.

CONTRACT EFFECTIVENESS:

By clicking the "I Confirm" button, the Customer commits to the obligations related to placing and paying for the order.
The sales contract becomes effective upon receipt of the full order amount in the IRON DUST OÜ bank account.

DELIVERY:

After the sales contract takes effect (after payment by the Customer), b2birondust.eu assembles the order and hands it over to logistics partners for delivery.
Orders placed and paid on business days before 13:00 will be delivered the next day or according to the delivery time specified on the product page. Delivery to islands within Europe may take up to 7 days.
If for any reason the shipment is delayed, irondust.eu customer service will arrange a suitable delivery time with the Customer.
If the product is in stock, delivery takes 3 to 7 business days depending on your region.
If the product is out of stock or for large orders requiring shipment from factories in the USA or Europe, delivery may take up to 30 days.
To ensure timely delivery, please carefully check the delivery details you provide.
If the product (not the packaging) is delivered damaged, it will be replaced with a new one. If replacement is not possible, the Customer will be refunded for the damaged product.
b2birondust.eu is not responsible for delivery delays if the product was handed to the logistics partner on time but delays occurred due to circumstances beyond b2birondust.eu’s control or unforeseeable events.

RIGHT OF RETURN:

Goods purchased from the irondust.eu online store can be returned within 14 days from the date of receipt. If the ordered product does not suit the Customer, it may be returned without explanation.

The purchased product must be returned immediately but no later than 14 days from the date of submitting the return request.
The right of return does not apply to body, hand, hair, and skin cosmetics. Returned products must be unused and in intact, undamaged packaging.
If the Customer must pay for return shipping, the cost of the product along with shipping costs will be refunded within 14 days of receiving the return request.
The Customer does not have the right to withdraw in the following cases:
Products made according to the Customer’s personal preferences or specifications;
Products that cannot be returned for health protection or hygiene reasons if opened after delivery (cosmetics, etc.);
Products mixed or combined with other products in a way that they cannot be separated;
Defects caused by improper use or failure to follow instructions;
Products with mechanical damages (e.g., broken due to dropping);
Normal wear or cosmetic defects that do not affect product value or usability.
The Customer bears the costs of returning goods only if informed before concluding the contract. If the entrepreneur did not inform the Customer beforehand, the entrepreneur bears the costs.
If the Customer bears return costs, irondust.eu refunds the original delivery cost paid with the order proportionally if only part of the order is returned.
You have the right to withdraw from a purchase at irondust.eu within 14 days of receiving the order if the product:
Is unopened and unused;
Has original, undamaged packaging;
Does not fall under products with restricted return rights (e.g., products contacting the body or requiring special storage).
Note: Returns of sports nutrition (including proteins, amino acids, fat burners, etc.) are accepted only if sealed and in intact packaging.
We do not accept returns of products with broken seals or damaged packaging for hygiene reasons.

Refunds will be processed within 14 days after receipt and inspection of the returned product.

LIABILITY:

irondust.eu and the Customer are liable for damages caused to the other party due to breach of these terms in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Estonia.

FORCE MAJEURE:

irondust.eu is not responsible for damages or delivery delays caused by circumstances beyond its control or unforeseeable events.

DATA PROTECTION AND SECURITY:

Information and personal data collected during visits to irondust.eu and order processing are treated confidentially and not disclosed to third parties.
Payments made via bank use encrypted data transfer to ensure the security of the Customer’s banking information.

CLAIM PROCEDURE:

If a product does not meet requirements or has defects, please send a claim to info@irondust.eu.
The claim must include:
Customer’s name and contact details;
Date of claim submission;
Description of the defect;
The Customer’s demand to irondust.eu;
Reference to documentation confirming the transaction or warranty, or copies attached.
irondust.eu will respond in writing within 15 days of receiving the claim. If a response is not possible within 15 days, the Customer will be informed in writing with reasons and a new response date.
irondust.eu is not responsible for defects caused by Customer’s misuse, improper storage, or use. Defects mean product faults, not packaging defects.
If the product does not comply with the contract or has defects, the Customer may demand repair or replacement. If repair or replacement is impossible or causes undue inconvenience, the Customer may withdraw from the contract and request a refund.
